(1) The online automatic detection system for electric heating pipes consists of three parts: a detection terminal, a data concentrator, and PC software, which can monitor the operating status of electric heating pipes in real-time.
(2) The detection terminal determines the operating status of the electric heating oil pipeline through a current sensor, and can monitor the operating status of each section (10 meters) of the electric heating pipe. Then, the status is reported to the data concentrator through the power line carrier.
(3) The data concentrator uses a 32-bit processor to collect the pipeline operation status information detected by the detection terminal, and then uploads the status of the oil gathering pipeline to the PC system software of the oil transfer station through GPRS/CDMA.
(4) The PC software adopts a B/S structure and SQL database. As long as users install the PC software on a computer that can access the internet, they can view the operation status of the oil pipeline through an In ternet browser, and store the oil well number and the node location of each pipeline in the database. Oil extraction plants, construction units, and design units can accurately and conveniently check the operation status of pipelines, identify fault points, and provide favorable data for the maintenance and process improvement of oil pipelines.
2. System installation
2.1 Installation of detection terminals
(1) The power supply used for the electric heating tube is a 380 V three-phase power supply. To ensure the balance of the usage current of the A, B, and C three-phase power supplies, the electric heating tube needs to be installed by connecting the power box detection terminals in the order of ABC, BCA, and CAB. The detection terminals can only determine the current of two of the items used, so each electric heating tube needs to be installed with one detection terminal. The average length of a single electric heating tube is 1/10m, so the detection terminals are also 1/10m.
(2) There are a total of 5 connecting wires on the detection terminal. Lines 1 and 5 are respectively connected to the electric heating wires on the electric heating tube, while lines 2, 3, and 4 are sequentially connected to the power supply. After installation, perform joint repair and insulation, and the detection terminal after joint repair is completely wrapped inside the insulation layer.
2.2 Data Concentrator Installation
(1) Because the data concentrator can only collect information on the operation status of the terminal pipeline under the corresponding transformer, one data concentrator must be installed under each transformer that provides power for the electric heating tube, usually located at the well site.
(2) There are a total of 4 connection lines on the data concentrator, of which 3 are respectively connected to the A, B, and C power supplies in the temperature control device to detect whether each section of the electric heating tube is operating normally; The other line is connected to the temperature sensor in the temperature control device to read the temperature of the pipeline medium.
