Electroplated CBN grinding wheels are also used domestically to slowly feed and grind narrow and deep grooves with a width of 1.5mm on ordinary steel. Many aviation parts made of difficult to machine materials have various high-precision grooves, especially the machining of high-precision tooth grooves and narrow and deep straight grooves at the root of aircraft turbine blades, which has always been a difficulty in blade machining in China.
